Thema performs research in the area of rule of law, discrimination and human rights.


During 2007 and 2008 Thema participated in the RAXEN network of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA).
During 2006 Thema also produced legal reports for the European Monitoring Centre on Racism and Xenophobia (EUMC).
